Dip. Visionary Craniosacral Work®
Practitioner of Functional Medicine
Looking back I first became interested in healing at an early age. In Ireland where I grew up it was common to be taken to the priest for ailments deemed unnecessary for the GP's office. As a young scared 7 year old I suffered from night terrors. I can still remember the vast feeling when the local priest lay his hand on my head and spoke in prayer. It was no surprise that 20 years later I completed a 5 year study of Visionary Craniosacral Work® with Hugh Milne. A big part of the diploma is based on the head and prayer.

Being engaged in every sport known as a young boy and teen it was natural to study Physiotherapy in University. After a stint in semi-professional sport I naturally segued into working with athletes. This was a wonderful way for me to learn anatomy, movement adaptations and concepts of tissue recovery.
After many courses and a continual feeling of "Being not enough" I turned to mediation and self reflective practices to understand more of the nature of my mind and my own cravings and addictions. I had to go on my own Healing journey in order to understand another's.

An unforeseen result of this allowed an insight into the world of Chronic pain and suffering from Spiritual, mental and emotional origins. Incorporating aspects of Meditation I feel is an important aspect of the clients Healing journey.
In 2019 I began to study and incorporate Functional Medicine into my practice. It is a welcomed addition of systematically drawing on information from many different sources as a way of the practitioner and client understanding their own unique Healing Journey.

There seems to be a monumental need today to truly discover the root of illness and to bring vitality and richness back to our bloodstreams, bodies and minds through the use of natural methods.

With a sense of humility, gratitude and slight excitement today I sit together with clients to truly unravel the deepest source of their Joy and healing.

Wishing you all to keep your Heart open in your pursuit of well being and freedom from suffering.
