The Anatomy of a full Heart

In my meditation practice I have been drawn deeper into what it means to live a full life; A life uninterrupted by excuses, by shortcomings, desires, or the relentlessness of avoiding my direct experience of the present moment.

When I sit in meditation I see my mind, the ultimate problem solver, frantically trying to fix things. Observing my thoughts but choosing not to identify with them something changes and I'm invited into a deeper place within myself. An inner door opens up and when I walk through there's a new relationship between my mind, my heart and my physical body. Not one of them is left out but my mind is no longer running the show. I am choosing to allow in the unknown, to not have all the answers, and to feel my way through life.

During this process I get a sense that there is a great relearning going on. A subtle neuroplastic dance orchestrated by the all knowing Heart center. My Heart feels like a benevolent grandfather watching with pride over a grandchild.

I have been guided to share a series of 2 videos. The first video introduces the anatomy of the heart and the blood vessels to provide a visualization. I explain about the full heart, its energetics and how it interacts in our everyday life. The second video is a guided meditation to help the listener connect more with their own Full Heart.

May we all be at home in our bodies. May there be safety to feel great depths. May gentleness and slowness be our companions
